This is a commercial i art directed and animated for Saatchi and Saatchi NYC. it took a while to get the environment right so it really feels like your moving through warm, glowing, and inviting plasma like liquid but im really happy with the final result.

NEW Paintings!

So iv been working for a while and haven't been doing a lot of personal work but here are some paintings iv done recently. the other three followed close behindthis is a shitty picture of the bottom of my new skate board, its the first acrylic painting iv done in almost years.

I took a picture of a girl with a huge dry cleaning bag hanging in front of her on the subway about a year ago, and it just sat on my phone for a while untell last month when i finally got around to painting this... i kinda wanted to do a set of limited color paintings with subway themes, but iv lost interest... so moving on.
and these are two of three 4x4inch paintings of blocks. iv been playing around allot with lighting and trying to get nice smooth gradients which is kind of a bitch with acrylic but its nice when it works. I'm liking doing small paintings mostly because i don't have the patients to do larger ones... and when i do i care to much about them. but who knows...

some drawings

drew this lady on the metro north when i was going up to Poughkeepsie to visit my sister. the lady put earplugs in (which i though was weird) and proceeded to play with her hair for about an hour.

guy on the on the Q train. he noticed me drawing him, then smiled and pulled out some work. it was much appreciated.

I did a drawing of my sister Beth the other night while She was zoning out watching twilight... worst movie ever. she doesn't like it much (the drawing not the move, she loves that fuckin movie) cause she looks like a zombie but she was enthralled by the magic of bad acting. how else can you look.

Tetsuo vs Kaneda

Iv been trying to work faster and more graphic and this hit a lot mile stones for me. the whole thing took a little over 3 hours (after i worked out a few thumbnails) this is also the first thing iv hand inked in a long while so it worked out to be a lot of fun.
